From July 2010 issue
Orpah’s Oat Facial Scrub ¼ c oatmeal (blend in food processor or blender) 2 T. baking soda Stir oats and soda together. Mix 3 teaspoons with 1 teaspoon water (or more) to make a paste. Rub gently over face. Rinse and pat dry. Apply moisturizer. Oats have been a staple grain for generations. It has been found in Egyptian tombs. Probably the first oats were wild grasses.
It probably goes without saying, but if you are allergic to an ingredient in these natural beauty products, please do not try them!
